TTF is looking for thoughtful, engaging collaborators who want to help shape our next chapter.
Board members bring their experience, ideas, relationships, and perspective to help TTF grow stronger and expand its impact. We’re especially interested in people with experience in donor development, marketing and communications, strategic and organizational growth, and community or corporate partnerships.
Board commitment: Three-year term, 10-12 meetings annually, committee participation, and active engagement in fundraising.
Teach in Tanzania

Each year, TTF brings a team of volunteers to Tanzania to teach our Pre-Form 1 English Program. Volunteers work alongside students and local educators to help students develop the English language skills they need to succeed in secondary school.
Teaching experience is helpful, but you don’t have to be a career educator. What matters is your willingness to learn, collaborate, and engage respectfully with students, teachers, and the community.
It’s an opportunity to contribute, learn, and experience Tanzania in a meaningful way.
Teaching commitment: Spend 12 weeks in Tanzania in the fall. Volunteers teach Monday-Friday alongside other volunteers with support of local educators, helping students build the English skills they need for secondary school. No professional teaching experience is required, just preparation in pre-training activities.
